Return & Refund Policy
Lironda – Online Footwear Store (Pakistan)
At Lironda, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns or refunds only under the conditions mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
A return or refund will be accepted only if:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is damaged, broken, or defective at the time of delivery
2. Return Request Timeframe
- Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Product
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included.
- Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.
4. Return Process
Customers must contact Lironda customer support with:
- Order number
- Clear images or video showing the issue
Once approved, instructions for return or replacement will be provided.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via:
- Bank transfer, or
- Store credit (as applicable)
Refund processing may take 7–14 working days after inspection of the returned item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or discount are non-refundable, unless received damaged or incorrect.
- Change of mind, size issues, or personal preference are not eligible for return or refund.
7. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error by Lironda (wrong or damaged item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable.
